Shipping Policy
We kindly remind you that cut-off time of placing order is 1pm. Orders placed before cut-off time are attempted for same day delivery. Orders placed after cut-off time are scheduled for next day delivery. Delivery time is between 8am to 5pm. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs 999.
A small shipping charge of Rs 30 will be applied for orders under Rs 999.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow sometime for the tracking information to become available.

Return Policy
We accept returns up to 24 hours, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care@bengaloceanic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please note:
Discounted items can not be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packing.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and use.
